House Rules:

➢ ALL hours are quiet hours, please be respectful of neighbors

➢ Please do not move or relocation of furniture or table or bed

➢ Sorry no pets are allowed due to other guest allergies

➢ ***No parties allowed on site***

➢ Smoking is to take place outside, only in the backyard. Please do not leave butts on the ground. If you smoke inside the home, there will be a $500 fine.

➢ Communicate problems at check-in or upon discovery to give the host a chance to remedy

➢ Host, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, owner, or another designee may come to the home as the need arises. Notice will be given if possible.

➢ Cameras if present, are placed for the exterior of the property only. Refer to your booking to confirm if cameras are present.

➢If a grill is an amenity at this listing, we do not maintain them and we recommend cleaning the grill before and after each use.

➢ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back... cleaning fees are for the preparation of your stay and do not cover deep cleans due to improper checkouts...

➢Our expectation is for the home to be returned to us in the condition in which you found it.

Trash: Please kindly bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bin before checkout and Friday is trash pick up. Failure to do so you will be charged extra $20 for cleaning

Dishes: We’d appreciate it if you could wash any dishes you've used before leaving.
